Looking for a fun summer job where you can hang out by the pool, make new friends, and actually get paid for it? At Greater Houston Pool Management, we’re looking for awesome lifeguards to join our team! We’ll give you all the training you need (even if you’ve never lifeguarded before), so don’t worry if this is your first job. You’ll get great pay, a flexible schedule that works around school and summer plans, and a fun, supportive team that’s got your back.
Working as a lifeguard with GHPM means more than just a summer job, it's a chance to build real skills, gain experience, and be part of a team that has your back.
No experience is necessary. We provide all the training and certification you need to get started, you just need to be at least 15 years old by the last day of the certification course.
Fill out our lifeguard application. You’ll receive your hiring paperwork by email within 24 hours or less. Once you submit that paperwork, you can pick a date for your lifeguard certification class.
Once you’re a certified lifeguard, our team will work with you to choose the pool you’ll be assigned to for the season.
