Inwood North POOL PARTIES

2016 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

Association Policies:

Parties Sponsors must register with the Inwood North Homeowners Association at least 1 month before the preferred Pool Party date. The Party Sponsor is required to fill out a 2016 INHOA Member’s Pool Use Agreement and Release Form at their office during regular business hours. The office is located at 8045B Antoine Dr, #108 Houston, TX 77088.

After hour party form

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • Parties must end by 10:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (Inwood North resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • No live bands, DJ’s or loud audio systems are allowed.  Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
