BRIDGELAND LAKELAND VILLAGE POOL PARTIES

2023 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 6, 2023
  • Pool Closes: September 24, 2023

    Open Hour and After Hour parties are permitted. To reserve an Open Hour Party you must visit (www.BridgelandLife.com) at least two weeks in advance. To reserve an After Hour Party click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form

    Association Policies:

    AFTER HOUR PARTY

  • After-hour pool parties are two (2) hours in length with a maximum of 175 people.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm during the week and 11:00pm on the weekend(Friday/Saturday).
  • The attached form HOA POOL Bridgeland – Aquatic Facility Usage Agreement – 2023 must be completed and returned to the GHPM office (322 Present Street Stafford, TX 77477)
  • The lifeguard fee is $28.50/lifeguard/hour. The lifeguard to guest ratio (this includes swimmers, non-swimmers, people on deck, etc) is:
    1 – 100 people 7 lifeguard
    101 – 120 people 8 lifeguards
    121 – 175 people 9 lifeguards

  • A refundable security deposit check of $200.00 (parties with no alcohol present) or $300.00 (parties with alcohol present) must be made out to Bridgeland Council,INC and mailed to the GHPMI office (322 Present Street Stafford TX 77477). Party requests will not proceed until the deposit check is received. (This will not be deposited unless damage occurs)
  • There is a $30.00 non-refundable administrative fee.
  • The party sponsor (Bridgeland Council Resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents. DJ’s are also permitted.
  • Alcohol is permitted. You will be contacted by Bridgeland to schedule and pay for a security officer per Bridgeland Council policies. the cost is $320 for 2 security officers for 4 hours.
  • The party sponsor may arrive at the pool 10 minutes before the party to set up, but the guests may not enter until the pool closes to the residents.
