Our packages include trained personnel consisting of supervisors, pool managers, lifeguards, and swimming instructors. Also included in our packages are pool cleaning, chemicals, supplies, spring opening and fall closing of your swimming pool, as well as off-season maintenance. Our staff will schedule the party around or during your community celebration, parade, or fireworks presentation. We can also create additional Family Fun Time Programs and dates suited to your facility needs when we develop your management plan.
Greater Houston Pool Management can schedule, plan and monitor private party rentals for your pool. We will handle rental availability, homeowner deposits, staffing needs, and evaluate the facility for damages once the rental period has ended.

Greater Houston Pool Management specializes in training and placing experienced lifeguards. Our lifeguard school trains our staff in lifeguarding, cleaning, water chemistry, professionalism, pumps, filters, and customer service. All lifeguards are certified in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer/Health Care Provider, Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) and Blood Borne Pathogen Training.
In addition to their safety training, all personnel are thoroughly trained in professionalism and customer service. They regularly attend company workshops to promote both fun and safety so your guests always receive a quality family experience at your pool. Each staff member is also trained in cleaning your pool and pool area, as well as maintaining the pool equipment. Daily log and maintenance sheets will be completed for your review.
As an ongoing measure of quality assurance, Greater Houston Pool Management conducts in-service trainings, safety audits, and performance reviews of each employee. You can be certain that your staff is qualified, conscientious, and courteous.
Our American Red Cross certified swim instructors offer professional swim lessons. Each instructor will handle class organization including lesson plans and progress reports. They are responsible for teaching the swim lessons and communicating with parents on their child’s progress or other concerns. These classes are designed for swimmers of varying ability levels and are comprised of a maximum of six students. Each session consists of eight classes. Students progress at their own individual pace and learn to swim while gaining confidence in their ability. All participating children will receive an achievement card.
