CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENT POLICY

Eligibility for Lifeguard Review Class:

If you have taken a class with GHPM within the last three years you can get a copy of the certificate emailed to you. Cost is $10.00 and you will need to go through our website to place your order. Please add the students name to the account and invoice, so we can find the proper document.

The email with the certificate attached will take up to a week to process. All requests must be paid for by credit card. A $2.00 convenience fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.
