• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.

After-Hour parties:

• Parties must end by 10:00pm (including breakdown).
• A maximum of 25 people (swimmers and non swimmers) are permitted. Larger groups will need prior approval.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• Music is permitted and must be kept at a level not to disturb the neighboring homes.
• All garbage from party must be removed from the premises. If it is not removed, party sponsor will be required to pay $50.00. The check will be made out to Willow Pointe HOA.
