Flexible Hours:

• Pools will open at the beginning of May and close at the end of September.
• The pool schedule is based around school schedules.
• When school is closed for the summer, the facility is open full-time.
• When school is open, the facility is open part-time.
• Shifts average 4-6 hours in length.
• Pools open no earlier than 9AM and close no later than 10PM.

Competitive Pay!

• Wages are determined by experience and position.
• GHPM pays more per hour than other pool management companies.
• End of the year bonuses.

Pool Locations:

GHPM manages pools in the Northeast, North, Northwest, West, and Southwest parts of Houston. In most cases, lifeguards and managers will not need to travel more than 15 minutes to reach their facility.

There are three company policies regarding pool locations:

• Returning lifeguards have first choice of pools.
• When a pool is fully staffed you must choose another location.
• Pool requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.
