Sienna Plantation Pool Parties


Party Information
LETTER TO USERS OF SIENNA CLUB FACILITY. Please read prior to reserving the Club pool.

Two types of parties are permitted: After-hour parties and Open-hour Reservations

Association Policies:

  • Pool parties are permitted at three Sienna pools: Sienna Club (Waterpark), Brushy Lakes, and Steep Bank (Visitor's Center).
  • Pool parties are not permitted to be scheduled prior to or after the opening/closing of the facilities.
    • SP Brushy Lake closes September 12
    • SP Club closes September 26
    • SP Steepbank closes September 3
    • SP Resort closes August 22
  • This association has three swim teams. Pool parties will have to be scheduled around the swim team events.

Open-hour pool reservations:

  • There is an $80.00 charge for open-hour pool parties for two hours. Each additional hour is $40.00.
  • Open-hour parties must be scheduled for two - four hours in length for one area only. Three tables with chairs are reserved for your area.
  • A maximum of 25 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) are permitted for open-hour pool parties.
  • There will be no alcohol allowed during any open hour pool party.
  • Open-hour pool parties at Sienna Club (Waterpark) are reserved for either the covered Cabana or the slightly-covered Diving Well (not both). Please indicate your preference on the request form in the pool name section. (ex. Pool Name: Sienna Club - Cabana).

After-hour pool parties:

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length. Parties must end by 11:00pm (including breakdown).
  • A refundable deposit check of $400.00 must be made out to SPRAI and mailed to the GHPM office the same day the pool party request is submitted. Parties will not be confirmed until the deposit check is received.
  • There is a $50.00 pool use fee, payment made out to SPRAI and mailed to the GHPM office with the deposit. Parties will not be confirmed until the pool use fee is received.
  • The party sponsor is responsible for hiring Sheriff's officer(s) (Contact: Sgt Allen Rivers 832-215-7635), to be present when there is a party involving alcohol (1-100 people), a party for teenagers with 50 or more people, and/or large parties with 100 or more people. Parties involving 200 plus people or parties with over 100 people serving alcohol with will require two officers. There is a four-hour minimum payment made to the constable. Please e-mail our Pool Party Coordinator for more information. Party will not be confirmed until verification is given by Fort Bend Sheriff Department.
  • After-hour parties are required to end by 11:00 PM (including breakdown).
  • Pools will not be reserved for commercial purposes and fees may not be charged for entry without prior written approval by GHPMI and SPRAI.
  • Music is permitted.
