Swim Lesson Information

group lessons - ages 3 to adult (minimum required - 4 students/1 instructor). Maximum number (5-8 students) depends upon the level of the class.

Water Aerobics are provided at several of the facilities.
Policies differ for each swimming facility. For example, private lessons and semi-private lessons may be available at your facility, but group lessons and water aerobics may not.

NEW
GUARD START CLASSES (11-14 year olds)

This program builds a foundation of knowledge, attitudes, responsibility and skills for our lifeguards of the future. Students learn about Prevention, Fitness, Response, Leadership, and Professionalism. This program does not provide the information and skills necessary to be certified in First Aid, CPR, AED or Lifeguarding.
Prerequisites Swim 25 yards front crawl with the face in the water, breathing to the side or front, Tread water for 1 minute, submerge and swim a distance of 10 feet underwater.
