Am I able to schedule a party when the pool is open to everyone? To determine whether or not your neighborhood allows parties during open hours, click on the name of your neighborhood and it will state what type of parties are permitted.
Can I arrive at the pool before my party to set up? The lifeguards are scheduled to arrive 10 minutes before the party starts. If you would like more time, you can schedule a "set up" time.
