Cinco Ranch Pool Parties

All residents wishing to schedule a pool party must complete this form ( RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM.) and submit it to the GHPM office or the Cinco Ranch office. There is a notary on staff at the Cinco Ranch office, but you must call them (281-599-0408)before going there. This form must be completed by the Homeowner. Those scheduling an After-hours party must also include a deposit check which must be written by the homeowner.
Until these items are received, your party will not be verified. You must also complete the appropriate Pool Party request form below.

Party Information

2009 POOL HOURS ARE LOCATED ON THE CINCO RANCH WEBSITE.

Two types of parties are permitted: After-hour party form and Open-hour party form. This is for the 2009 year only. We are in the off season and a service fee is required. Reservation for April - December 2010 will begin March 19, 2010.

Association Policies:

  • Pool parties are permitted at all seven Cinco Ranch pools: Beach Club, Water Park, Highland Park, South Ranch, Equestrian Village, North Lake Village, and Greenway Village.
  • The Swim Team uses four of the above pools. Pool parties will have to be scheduled around the swim team schedules.
  • Parties scheduled before and after season will be charged a non-refundable service fee.
  • Parties must be scheduled two weeks in advance.

After-hour pool parties:

    • Print the Release and Indemnification form above. You may take the form to the Cinco Ranch office (on Mason Road) to drop off and get notarized, or it may be mailed to the GHPM office.
    • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
    • A refundable deposit check, made out to Cinco Ranch, for $200.00 for the Beach Club, Water Park and Highland Park and a $100.00 deposit for North Lake Village, South Ranch, Equestrian Village, Greenway Village must be sent to the GHPM office. Parties will not be confirmed until the deposit check is received.
    • The party sponsor (Cinco Ranch resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
    • After-hour parties are required to end by 12:00 AM (including breakdown).
    • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
    • Swimming is not permitted at Cinco Ranch Beach Club after 8:00pm. The party may continue on deck and on the Beach area.
    • During the swim season, parties scheduled on the day the pool is normally closed will be permitted after 5:00pm.
    • Parties are scheduled for a minimum of two hours.
    • Music and DJ's are permitted as long as the noise does not disturb the neighbors.

Open-hour pool parties (formerly known as mix-ins):

    • Print the Release and Indemnification form above. You may take the form to the Cinco Ranch office (on Mason Road) to drop off and get notarized, or it may be mailed to the GHPM office.
    • Open-hour parties are a maximum (2) hours in length.
    • A maximum of 20 people in the party (swimmers and non-swimmers) for open-hour pool parties. Wrist bands will be given to party sponsor at the start of the event.
    • One additional lifeguard is required.
    • There will be no alcohol allowed during any open hour pool party.
    • Radios are permitted, but must be kept at a level so not to disturb anyone at the facility.
