Certification Requirements

All GHPM employees are required to be certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding and First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (CPR/AED) or CPR/AED for Lifeguards, and Bloodborne Pathogen Training (BBP).

• Lifeguarding and First Aid Certifications are valid for three years.
• CPR/AED for Lifeguards, Bloodborne Pathogen Training (BBP) are valid for one year.
